DIRECTIONS Apply about a quarter-size droplet of cream  to the palm of one hand, then rub your hands together to evenly distribute the cream to the palms and fingers of both hands. Use both hands as you begin at the knee and smooth down to the toes, then back up to the knee. Do  this several times, until the cream feels evenly distributed.  External use only
