🌿 Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Event Participation

By submitting the application and upon acceptance, the vendor agrees to participate in the Wellness Show on the August 15, 2026 at Purple Haven 6834 Hwy 3 Canfield, Haldimand County Ontario specified by the event organizers.

2. Booth Assignment & Setup

Booth spaces will be assigned by the event organizers based on availability and event flow.

Vendors must set up during the designated setup times and be ready before the event opens to the public.

Vendors are responsible for bringing all their own display materials, tents, tables supplies unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Fees & Payment

All booth fees must be paid in full by the deadline provided in the acceptance notice.

Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. This is an outdoor event.

4. Insurance & Compliance

Vendors are responsible for carrying valid business liability insurance and providing proof if requested.

Vendors offering food, beverages, or health-related services must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and provide necessary permits or certifications.

5. Conduct & Presentation

Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times.

All products and services must align with the wellness theme and be approved by the event organizers.

No offensive, unsafe, or prohibited items may be displayed or sold.

6. Marketing & Promotion

Vendors grant the event organizers permission to use their business name, logo, and marketing blurb for promotional purposes related to the event.

7. Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs during the event.

Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to hold the organizers harmless from any claims arising from their participation.

8. Cancellation & Changes

The event organizers reserve the right to change the event date, location, or layout if necessary.

In the event of cancellation by the organizers, vendors will be notified promptly and refunded any applicable fees.
