Making Stabilized Whipped Cream
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar optional, adjust to taste

Instructions:
Chill Your Equipment: For the best results, chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes before starting.
Combine Ingredients: In the chilled bowl, add the heavy cream, instant pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Whip the Cream: Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on high speed for about 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip, as this can turn the cream into butter.
