What better way to connect with nature and calm your soul than a yoga retreat at the farm!
Michelle is offering a Day Yoga Retreat on our farm August 22,2021 from 9:30am -2:30 pm
Come and connect, restore and immerse yourself in a half day retreat amongst the lavender fields. The day will start with an all-level yoga class to help you nurture your mind, body and spirit. Then we will take a guided tranquil nature walk through the forest and forage for plants and we will discuss some of the ways we can use them. We will then find the perfect spot to enjoy a guided breath work, meditation and journaling session where we will reflect on this months full moon themes of intuition, connection and release. You will leave this wellness experience feeling refreshed and renewed!

Each participant will receive a wellness gift bag
Please arrive at 9:15 am to get settled and hand in your waiver
(Due to regulations we will practice 6 foot spacing between mats)
COVID-19 class policy:
1. Please bring your own mat, blanket or towel and blocks (if you have them, otherwise you can bring a couple of sturdy books) and any other props
2. Waiver must be signed
3. Payment must be made in advance
4. Students must be 6 feet apart during practice
