Lavender and Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
· 1 pound Carrots, peeled and sliced into uniform pieces
· 2 tablespoons Olive oil
· 2 tablespoons Honey Use lavender infused honey from Purple Haven
· 1 tablespoon Dried culinary lavender
· 1 teaspoon, or to taste Salt & Pepper blend Purple Haven freshly ground
· Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish, optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, dried lavender, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Place the sliced carrots on a large baking sheet. Drizzle the honey and lavender mixture over the carrots, ensuring they are evenly coated. Toss to combine.
4. Spread the carrots out in a single layer on the baking sheet for even roasting.
5. Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
7. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh lavender sprigs just before serving.
