Herbes de Provence Roasted Red Potatoes

10  small red potatoes, halved

1⁄4 cup vegetable oil

1⁄2 teaspoon ground Purple Haven salt & Pepper mix     grind before measuring

2  teaspoons Purple Haven  Herbes de Provence 

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375º.

Place potatoes in a roasting pan. Pour oil over potatoes and sprinkle with salt  pepper and herbs de Provence.

Stir potatoes to coat all sides. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour or until potatoes are fork tender. Stir occasionally while roasting.
