What better way to connect with nature and calm your soul than a yoga retreat at the farm!
Michelle is offering a Day Yoga Retreat on our farm August 13 from 10:00am -3:00 pm
We will start the day for a morning yoga practice for the whole family amongst the lavender Field (school aged children and older). The practice will incorporate breath work, movement, imaginative play, storytelling, music, and mindfulness. Together we will engage in nature while encouraging self expression, family bonding, and kindness towards others. Leave feeling happy, calm, confident, and connected. Then we will take a guided tranquil nature walk through the forest and identify birds, frogs and plants and we will discuss some of the ways we can use the plants (we love our bird and frog friends, so we will leave them in their natural habitat). We will then find the perfect spot to enjoy a journaling/drawing/sketch session. Delicious wholesome snacks will be offered throughout the day and we will bring in lunch from a local café. We will have arts & crafts stations so there will be something for everyone!
You will leave this wellness experience feeling refreshed and renewed!
